I beg you wise mn'rs for your wisdom again re sleep.

The advice I was given to get ds (nearly 2) to sleep better has worked! He now only wakes up once in the night as opposed to every 2 hours.

This time dd is the problem. She finally started sleeping through aged 3.5. Maybe with the odd hickup due to illness etc. but otherwise o.k. Now the last few nights she started coming into our room sobbing because she can't find her cuddly toy, which over night has migrated to somewhere on the floor. She then does not want to go back into her own bed, which is fine by me because I can't lift her to the top bunk anyway. So I put her in with ds in the bottom bunk (head to toes). Leave the room only to hear her crying and sobbing again a few moments later. She says she's afraid of the dark and doesn't want to be on her own. Thing is the room isn't all that dark and I thought ds would count as company . In the end, after about 1-2 hours of me trying to get her settled in her/ds's bed I gave up and took her into our bed as I didn't fancy huddling up next to them in the kiddie bed. BAd move I know but I was sooooo tired.

Guessing it's another 'phase'?

Your wisdom highly sought and appreciated tia
