Bumpers - that stop head bangs but can't be climbed upon?

My poor dd keeps banging her head in the night. We haven't go bumpers on as she's a climber and I've heard they can be dangerous in terms of adding a step/ she could get to a height where she could topple out?

Any tips on how to overcome this problem much appreciated as SOO frustrating when she finally is sleeping to then hear the thud and wail!

I used AirWrap mesh bumpers with my first. They're brilliant. Breathable and they attach using Velcro so would just squish down if LO stands on them.

Another vote for air wrap! Grin

Wow, ok! But are they squidgy?! I mean, if you banged your head against the bars would they cushion the blow?

They are soft enough to stop dc waking up every time they roll into it or flail their arms about. They are made with preventing SIDS in mind too as they are made from a breathable mesh.

P.s. u can buy two sided or four sided depending on your cot.
