My DD waking every 10 minutes at 4AM, why?

The last few nights my nearly 15 month old DD has been waking up around 4AMish. I've been BF her back to sleep, like normal. She falls asleep, but then wakes up 10 minutes later, then I do the same thing over and over. This last for about 1-2 hours. She isn't upset, she does fall back asleep, but about 10 minutes later is awake and asking for me and boob.

I'm not really sure where this problem is coming from? Does anyone have any ideas. She is properly awake too, she normally sits up in bed, sometimes she just sits there in the dark for a few minutes until she comes over to me and asks for boob.

She is getting over a cold, but didn't seem to have problems while she had a cold. She may be getting teeth in, but she hasn't stopped getting teeth since they started to come in really, she's gotten one right after the other. I thought maybe it might just be a developmental thing, but her night time hasn't ever really been affected by her development. Plus there isn't really any big development thing she is focusing on right now. Sorry for the long winded post, I hope someone can help.
