Hello, Ive tried these sleep exercises, giving water, blackout blind, milk, letting C cry for a while but now i need something that will actually work. I can get up to C 4 times in 1 hour some nights and its draining now considering its been going on over 6 months and im back working full time. C as been quite ill in his 1st year and i felt sorry for him one night when he had a bad cough and gave him juice. He is now addicted to juice or he just wants me in his room! Can anybody help?

try diluting the juice slowly, so that eventually it is just water, water isn't exciting so he might sleep through

trying this one at the minute so hopefully it will work. Im also using a beaker so it doesnt come out so quick and he only had 4 oz last night which is a start.

As someone with crappy teeth as a result of a nighttime juice habit as a kid i would recommend you ditch the juice asap

does he drink loads during the day? dd drinks loads day and night and it is caused by a medical condition not habit

yes and no. It depends on where he is if that makes sense. At home i encourage him to drink and nursery but family dont seem to even though i say. If you dont mind me asking what condition is it?
