Just moved ds from crib in our room to cot in own room. Can't do foot to foot of bed though as he just wriggles up the cot. Is that ok?

Good question I've been meaning to ask. We've got DS a quilt (in cot bed) so its proved difficult...DS is 15 mths

I stopped doing it when we changed the cot to a bed.

I've always used sleeping bags since about 12 weeks so its not been an issue - which is good because my DCs like to rotate 360 during the night!

Put a blanket over your child's head. If he/she can get it off or wriggle out from under it, you don't need to worry about accidental suffocation, which is the reason for foot to foot.
