I know I'm lucky but I'm confused!

Hello, my DD slept last night from 11 to 6am, had a quick feed -about half a boob- then went straight back to sleep. I checked her nappy and she hadn't weed all night. she is still asleep now (9.15amish) and seems very content snoozing.
Now I know I am lucky, I'm not complaining but i am a first time mum and this seems to go against everything new babies are meant to do! Should I be concerned about this? She only cat naps during the day and by the evening is very overtired and grouchy. She has lots of wet nappies during the day. She is gaining weight well - last time i had her weighed a few weeks ago she was 11lb 2oz & in 91st percentile. I'm sure I am just being paranoid and she is doing great but can anyone reassure me? There's not much info on the net about babies sleeping - more about not sleeping!
Thank you!

How old is she? My DD did this btw around 8 & 13 weeks - slept 8-5 then woke for feed and slept again until 8/8.30. Make the most of it! cos in my case it went to pot at 13.5 weeks, since when she's been waking multiple times again and then up for day at 7am

She is 7 weeks.
She is awake now & feeding & had a v wet nappy.
I will make the most of it - don't expect it to last!

Yes - hopefully it will last! But don't be dismayed if it doesn't. It's taken me about a month to get over the fact that DD no longer sleeps through Sad

My DS slept through the night from 7wks then around 5 months it all went wrong (several long wakings and up early). Now he goes 7.45 to 6.45 so not so bad at 15mo.
