travel cots which are easy on the back!

I'm looking to buy a travel cot, to use both on holiday later this month, and also in future when DS stays with his grandmother. All the cots I've seen so far, have the mattress virtually on the floor. I have seen some which include a higher level bassinet for newborns, but DS will be 6 months soon and even if we used the bassinet for the holiday, it wouldn't be suitable for the future.

Can anyone recommend a travel cot that doesn't involve a back breaking lowering to the floor manoeuvre. Or are there any with sides that fold/zip up/down for easier access? There's no way the grandparents would manage to lower DS to the floor over the sides of the cot in a traditional travel cot!

Thanks in advance!

We bought a chicco one which unzips. It is also huge so will last until dd is pretty big. Recommended.

We have one from kiddicare which is like a little tent which zips up at the sides - very similar to a littlelife arc 2 travel cot but cheaper Smile, it's super light but I'm really short and can't bend over traditional travel cots - really recommend!

I was going to recommend little life arc as very light and no rigid sides
