13 month old DS has started waking at 4am again. In my exhausted state I either bf him or half heartedly return him to his cot 4 or 5 times, where he sleeps for 5 minutes and wakes again until I feed him anyway. I realise this is inconsistent and unhelpful.
He was a very bad sleeper, with frequent night wakings (and feeds) until I did gradual withdrawal at 11 months and then one night of CC.
I don't mind feeding at 4am really, but it's started off a new pattern of then waking again at 5.30 for good. Previously he would wake at 5.30 (ish), have a feed, then sleep again till maybe 6.30-7am, which is more acceptable!
Any thoughts?
Visitors all weekend now (I feel inclined to feed immediately to stop him waking them), then 2 weeks holiday with PILs in a caravan...
