Until February time DS (4) and DD (3) went to bed at 6/6:30 every night with no drama. Now it's hours long battles to keep them in bed, stop them going in each others rooms etc.
DS has had to have a stairgate put on his door so he can't escape. Last night I found them building a tower of bedding to help him get out of his room!

We get in most days at 5 ish after they've had a full day at nursery. They need to be up again between 6-7 the next morning so we can leave for work/nursery. They're shattered all the time because they're not falling asleep until 9/10 and I can't do it anymore!

They have dinner, play for a bit, bath every other night, story then bed. It's not working and I could really do with some suggestions!

DS has recently been referred to CAMHS due to AdHD concerns and I'm not sure if the sleep is part of that or not.

Apologies if this is not at all helpful . . . but I found recently (when we went on holiday) that my DD(2) and DS(4) loved sleeping in the same room. It might not be fun in the short term but at least they'll be able to see / talk to each other. Keep smiling ;o)
