My 4mths old DS suddenly starts getting startled a lot when napping...

... And it takes an hour to get him napping, but then startled nearly every minute for half an hour before finally calming down a bit. Is it normal? Shall I go to the dr's? I've already put him down once he starts yawning, but he just refuses to nap :(

Have you tried a zip up swaddle pod? Worked a treat for us.

Well, that's where I came from. I used to swaddle him for napping, and wanted to wean him off it. But now it seems he has more problems without being swaddled:(

I worried about weaning him off it too - but just kept putting it off. He was older than 4mths but it was actually fine in the end!
