Should I wake napping baby after 3hrs

Had a bad night with 21wk, FF boy. He's now been napping for 3hrs. Should I wake him? He seems out of sorts eg teething, snuffles. Do nap times have bearing on night time sleep. He naps in his pram.

I'd leave him. It's still early in the say.

Some people who are strict with routines might say to wake him, but I think it's best to follow his lead, he'll waken when he's had enough.

Never! At this age it makes no difference - and tbh makes no difference ever, imo, how long they sleep in the day, so long as it's not too late (and that's when they are older, anyway!).

They do all their growing and development whilst they are sleeping.

Put your feet up and watch a bit of cheesy telly! xx
