How can I train my body to be ok waking early?

So the baby (13mo) has been sleeping through since 7mo. Amazing (and the total opposite of my Dd). But he wakes for the day between 5 and 6. Despite going to bed at 9 every night, I cannot get my body to accept early mornings and I am exhausted. What can I do to teach my body to like early wakings?

You could try a body clock calculator like here: sleeptiming.com/

Which claims to work our the optimal time to fall asleep based on body rhythms?

This too, shall pass! I've been there and already struggle to remember it!
