Realise DD is still tiny and things will get better (when?) but am worried as she has consistently got worse not better for the last 3 weeks - now will only sleep on me or in bed with me (DH a 'flapper' in sleep so co-sleeping not safe / practical in longer term). Any tips? Was sleeping for 3 hr stretches in cot 2 weeks ago!

Very difficult to predict what your DD will do next as all babies are different, but my now 21 wo DC2 started sleeping exclusively on me around that age until she was 10 wo, when she was suddenly ok to sleep in her Sleepyhead (never wanted to sleep in her Mosesbasket so we binned it fairly early). I found these weeks incredibly difficult as I was scared she would fall off me and hence I practically did not sleep at all....but DC1 taught me that everything is just a phase so I continued to try to put DC2 down in her bed until some evening she was ok to sleep in it.
Co-sleeping never really worked for me but we did it sometimes just to keep our sanity when DC1 or 2 needed extra bit of comfort. A couple of nights of co-sleeping did not make my children addicted to it.

Good Luck and just try to enjoy all the extra cuddle time (and eat lots of chocolate and biscuits- made me feel better!)
