5 year-old gone from great to terrible sleeper

My 5 year old used to sleep for Britain. But in the last two months has crept in to our bed every night in the early hours saying he has had a nightmare. (Not sure how true this is as he never seems that distressed)

What can we do, as we now have children waking up in relay! (He has a younger brother who is a poor sleeper). Can anything stop nightmares?

A tip I read and have used with some success is to buy them a dreamcatcher or a kit to make one for themselves. Did this for DD and it worked wonders.
