Almost 14mo started waking for an hour or more at night

DD, 14mo in a week was sleeping well -

7pm-7/7.30am
either 2 one hour naps or 1 nap

For the past 4 nights she has been waking in the night for between 1 and 2 hours (not at the same time). Not up and ready to play type of awake but headbanging in her cot, grizzling (not crying), moaning in between quiet spells.

I'm not sure why. She is getting 4 molars (I can feel the tips of 3) but this doesn't seem to bother her at all in the day or when I get her up. She's quite happy in the day (albeit a bit tired from losing sleep at the momnet).

oes this sound like she might have teething pains at night? This is my first as you can probably tell!

Just a bump really. Hope no one minds!

Anyone had a baby of this age started waking like this in the night? Was it just a phase? Due to teething

Basically I'm not sure if I need to DO anything or ust ride it out and put it down to teeth/phase?

Thanks

I've just posted a lengthy message in a similar thread that also applies here! Have a read! It's in '15 month old awake & crying for hours in the night'. My dd didn't always cry - sometimes just moaning like yours is doing - but either way keeping me up!
