Our DS loves his bed, and has been happily using it for around four months now. He has always gone to sleep after milk and a story without a fuss, and sleeps really well until we got him up the next morning (from about 6 weeks and even during terrible twos thank goodness). A few nights ago he started to show a reluctance in going down for the night, by waiting for us to go downstairs, flinging his 'blankee' out of the bed, then shouting at the top of his voice for us to put it back in with him - no sign of being frightened or upset at all and he does this several times over a couple of hours. He has also been waking up in the night several times since this started, shouting at the top of his voice, doing EXACTLY the same thing. Nothing has changed at home, and he is old enough to tell us if anything is worrying him. DS has never got out of his bed by himself although he always gets in OK - he always waits for one of us to get him up in the morning. DS loves his room, and his nightlight - he chooses what colour it changes to every night. If he appeared distressed, upset or not ready do go up I would understand why it is he is waking up and doing this, but he isn't. Has this strange turn in behaviour happened to anyone else? Confused
