hello people I am going back to work very soon and need some help with this as I am wanting to shift them to 7-7 so that I can see them when I get home and I have a bit of time to get dressed in the morning before the nanny starts.
They have decided to start waking up from 5 am. They have always been great with sleep and routine.
5-6am awake
6.30 bottle (sometimes very hungry sometimes not
7.30-8 breakfast
10-11 nap- very tired by now and I wake them at an hour
12.30 lunch
13.30 bottle- sometimes not so interested
14-15.30 nap, but if this is cut short when out they seem to cope
16.30 dinner
18.30 bath bottle-but often not interested- last night had hardly any
1900 bed

I want to shift it all a bit later in the day but I can' understand why they are up:
hunger?
don't need the 2 naps? if so how should i drop to one (school run at 3pm)
growth spurt-they are eating loads in the day now.
Please can you give me some advice with this, I am shattered after a year of mat leave looking after 3 of them and stressed about my return to work. I really could do with a bit of time in the mornings to sort things out especially as DH will be leaving at 7am.
thank you for reading and happy new year
