16 wk old GF baby waking up for 1030pm feed

My 16 wk old has started waking up at 10/1030 for a feed, before we get to him - screaming even if he has had big feed at 7pm,and is cutting back on 7am feed. anyone else had this problem? How do I get him to take more at 7am and cut down on this feed instead?? Help!

maybe he needs a top up at 7pm of either exressed bm or fomula to get him through till 10pm and then if he wakes in the night just enough milk/ cooled boiled water to settle him so he can take a big feed at 7am.

Are his other daytime feeds big too? I would suggest trying to get as much into him during the day as you can and see if this helps.

He has a big feed at 6/7pm say 7 oz and even though this weekend we've really cut back on 10pm feed, 3oz, he still only wants about 4oz in the morning. I think tonight we will try not feeding him at 10pm and see if he will get through because he obviously doesn't need it...heaven knows I'm not keen to go back to night feeding though! He's over 17lb though big boy and you'd think he needs the calories!

What about his other feed? Are these big bottles too?
