4 week old baby starts off feet to foot but ends up at the top of the crib

That's it really. He is in a sleeping bag so not getting cold as a result and no danger of blankets covering his face, but it is quite off putting.

He seems really young to be doing this. Does anybody else have any experience of this?

Yes my dd did that from quite early on - can't remember exactly when though. Propping the head end of the crib up on books solved it - couldn't climb uphill!

Ah, thank you! He also grunts and snuffles a lot during the night and I do wonder if the two are somehow connected?
