Last night she went down at 730 then did her usual of waking at 1030 then was awake four times between then an 330 and more again after that :(

She is bfed and rarely self settles so she doesn't even nap in the day unless I take her for a walk or put her in a sling.

I'm stumped she is number4 and I've never had this before.

Number1 always slept well, number2&3 took longer to sleep through but suck their fingers so always self settled really well so would have one quick night feed then settle back themselves. And have good daytime sleeps.

Any advice welcome. She won't have a dummy either. But I have 4 aged 6 and under so need a bit more of a sleep routine.

I had to force DS1 to sleep during the day by working being out in the sling / pushchair twice a day.... Once we'd got that sorted, he was better at sleeping at home at those times.

It cut the night wakings slightly, but I'm probably not the best to respond, as we still haven't got DS1 sleeping through, DS2, however is a dream, so part of it is just their personalities!

In terms of maximising sleep for you, We used to really stuff DS1 to the gills with milk in the evenings (feed, bath, feed story, feed), and then I went to bed, and DH did wakings til 12 or 1, giving me a chunk of sleep. Then I did the rest of the wakes.

Hope it improves soon.
