We are exhausted. 20 mo not wanting to go to bed, then at least twice a week waking up at 2ish am and staying up until 5.
Before I carry on, I am on the side of attachment parenting, so we don't want to do any CIO or similar.
We have always cosleeped, I thought he was through the 18 mo regression but maybe we are still on it. What can I do? I am thinking of keeping a diary to see if there is a pattern. Dh remembers being terrified of sleep a a child, so perhaps it's the same although ds is not terrified when waking up.
I thought sleep was mean to get better now, we are exhausted!
