Just over the last week, ds has been waking at night at around 1ish and just will not go back to sleep. He cries/screams and is only comforted if we put the light on and let him crawl around, or give him something to play with(obviously not what we want to do at that time of night). He won't go to sleep for a good couple of hours or so. We've tries leaving him to cry, but it jsut escalates to a point where it really isn't bearable. He's already got 6 teeth, so I'm not sure it's teething (which tends to be the usual explanation when he wakes at night) I'm jsut so exhausted by it all - has anybody else had experience of this? If so, what did you do?
