I have been sleep training DS 11 months for a few weeks, starting gradually. He has bath, bf, story and bed. He takes about 30 mins to settle himself while I sit there occasionally soothing him.

I have now stopped night feedings as had cut down and stopped completely last night. I leave him in his cot and comfort him without taking him out.

He just wakes up so much more, twice an hour. And screams for 10-15 mins.

I get him up at 6 as I can't hack it anymore then he is tired all day.

The problem is he now won't nap, as I can't bf him down.

Is it worth carrying this on? Will it get better? I look at my son and feel angry at him and I hate myself for it.
