Should I let my toddler sleep or wake for dinner?

My toddler has been up since 6.15am (she does not nap anymore). She has just fallen asleep (4.45pm) as she is exhausted. she normally goes to bed at 7.30pm. Should I just put her to bed? She has not had any dinner, or should I let her sleep and wake her up at dinner time (6pm) and just hope she goes to bed at 7.30pm. Any advice please!!

This is my worst nightmare as I struggle to get DD to bed before 8.30 at the best of times - if she has a late nap it can be more like 10!!

If I was you, I'd let her have 20mins at most then wake her up.

I tried to wake her up at 5.30pm but she just screamed and would not wake up fully so I had to let her sleep. Luckily she slept all the way through until 6am - 13 hours I am amazed!!
