DS (5) and DD (2) used to sleep until sometime between 6 and 7am. DD woke at 3am and all though she had another half an hour after screaming until 4am, DS woke her up by yelling about doing a poo 
This is bad enough but DS started school last week and he's knackered. It's been going on for weeks.
Please help :(
