Hi
Can anyone recommend a sleep clinic in Essex that they have used please? I have a 13 month old boy who still wakes several times a night and I'm reluctant to do controlled crying until its the last resort!
The sleep deprivation now needs to be sorted as I'm struggling with my concentration right now :-(
