did switching to BBB mean end of nap for you?

Just wondering really. DS is 23 months & am contemplating switching him to a BBB in the next few months. But am worried that doing so will mean the absolute end of his nap b/c he will be able to get out.

Did this happen to you & your LO? Did you resolve it with the supernanny style rapid return thing (which I am completely 100% prepared to do at BT for sure) or did you just accept nap is over & that was that?

What on earth is a BBB?

BBB? I don't know what that is I'm afraid.

Big boy bed? Why do you want to switch? Don't do it if you think it will cause lots of problems.

If BBB is a big boy bed, then no.

DS still does 1.5 hours Smile

First few naps did mean a catch and return policy though!

yes BBB = big boy bed. Was just thinking about doing it some time in next few months. For no other reason than he's almost 2 now & I feel like he's getting ready for it. He's not tried escaping yet (in sleeping bag) so my hand's not being forced, was just wondering if it would affect his nap if we did it.

Why move him if he's happy in his cot? I would only move him into a bed once he starts trying to climb out of his cot or outgrows it.
