Struggling to sleep - natural solutions?

I've been struggling to sleep for a while now. Does anybody know any natural solutions to help me sleep? I've heard yoga is good for winding down and relaxing the body?

I logged on here to suggest yoga :) If you are pregnant Tara Lee has a great pregnancy yoga Dvd, but a class is always better :)

Do you think yoga would help my sleep problems?

Well it helps me relax. It depends why you are struggling to sleep I guess.

My osteopath told me that, in my case, I was holding so much adrenaline in my upper back and thighs, that it was blindingly obvious I had trouble sleeping.

He told me that, if it was late evening and I was stressed during the day, the best thing I could do was to go for a run.

It works for me - just a light run around the block at bedtime.

This probably won't help you directly, but when I started teaching I went from insomanic to fall-off-a-log person. Make sure that you are mentally and physically tired at the end of the day. I walk for miles with the baby every day and am trying to fit in learning another language. Sorry I know that I sound so horribly smug, but I have to knacker myself out somehow.
