7.5mo DD Won't sleep long enough at nursery.

DD has been in nursery full-time (although DH and Granny have had her many days so she's not always been in) for a month and, although she'll go down OK for her naps, she won't stay asleep!

At home she has a 1-1.5hr nap in the morning and a 2hr nap in the afternoon. Yesterday she had a 5 minute nap, a 20 minute nap and a 10 minute nap at nursery!

She is so tired that she's really whingey and tired at home and I'm worried about her development with this lack of sleep.

At home I always have the radio on when she's sleeping so she's used to sleeping through noise. I always give her a bottle at home in her room, put her in the cot and she'll curl up with her bunny and then go to sleep.

They have a separate room for babies to sleep in at nursery. They feed her her bottle in the separate room and then she curls up with her bunny in the cot like normal.

What can we do?

Ime, it takes time for children to settle down at nursery and get used to sleep etc... there.
You might want to have a chat with them to explain she normally sleep much more than that and see if they can put her back to sleep if she has been sleeping only 5min (that's not sleep. She had just closed her eyes for 5min).
Do they have a routine at nursery re the times they out the babies to sleep or are they following your routine?
