DD 7mo never been an amazing sleeper but goes down to sleep easily at 7.30pm, then usually wakes once around 11/12, needs a bit of rocking to go back to sleep, and then a feed (bf) at 4amish then up at 7am. But for the last 4 nights she has been waking EVERY 10 MINUTES from 9ish to 1am. She will go back to sleep with rocking but there's no wind or anything.
I thought it could be teeth but she's fine in the day and ibuprofen has made no difference. I have no idea what else it could be, she's napping in the day same as usual.
I haven't had a proper night's sleep in 7 months, have a toddler to deal with and am reaching the end of my tether. Any ideas at all?
