my 3 and 6 year olds have generally slept v well since v young, for the last few years usually until around 7.45am. for the last two months they are consistently waking before 6, usually by 5.30. whichever one wakes first immediately wakes the other in the other bedroom. We have blackout curtains in both bedrooms so they sare quite dark but haven't found a way to blacken the rooms completely, am thinking the change in waking time may be up to early sunlight. Any ideas on total blackout? Thanks :-)
