What tog duvet to get for 2.5yo?

DD goes in Grobags at night but has recently been showing great entusiasm for our duvet. She's a tall girl and I need to either get some 3-6year grobags or a duvet - I'm opting for a duvet, but not sure what tog to get. Would 4.5 b ok? That's obviously much thinker than her winter grobag (2.5 tog) but I guess she could kick it off if she got to hot? Should I get a pillow too - do they make thin ones for children?

The 4 tog one from John Lewis seems to be fine for DS we've also got the 7 but unless it's really freezing that ones too warm. They also do little pillows.

All my DC's have had a 4.5 tog quilt and a pillow from 2 years. They dont do children's pillows that I know of but I just got a cheapish one from tesco and has been OK

DS had a 4.5 tog but it's too hot at this time of year (he's 2.8). It would disturb his sleep as he likes to be covered.

So I put a blanket inside the duvet cover for summer and use the duvet in winter.

Oh and I got a cot pillow from mothercare. Much thinner.

I got a 4 tog duvet & a cot bed pillow (thinner & smaller) from Asda - both seem decent quality & decent price too.
