My year old DD started sleeping through at 7 months when we user various ideas from The no.cry sleep solution. She's been pretty consistent 8-6 since then, with a few.blips when ill or travelling.

However, for the last ten days she's been waking 1-3 time in the night crying. She's usually rolled out of bed (she sleeps on a floor mattress) and.takes 5-15mins to.get.back.to.sleep.

I know compared.to.what she user to be like and what some on here are.coping with this is.nothing, but I'd like to work out what's disturbing her and get back to solid sleep as its still tiring (and I'm 4 months pregnant and tired enough!)

Any ideas? Tips?

Mine do that when they're over tired, or if they're very hot they'll wake with a bad dream instead.

Has her bed time changed or has she dropped a nap? You may need to jig things a little imo.
