When did you start sleep training and what did you do?

DS (9 weeks) has been co-sleeping with us, and that works really well, but unfortunately he now doesn't seem to want to sleep unless he's in bed with us or lying in our arms. Which means he's not sleeping much at all during the day, and so getting really over tired. It also means we end up holding him for hours before we go to bed.

Any advice?

9 weeks is way too early for sleep training I think. Could be going through a growth spert.

6 months is the absolute minimum, he' s just a wee baby still and won't be in any kind of sleep routine. How about a sling/carrier in the day, a sure fire way for him to sleep.
