how old was your dc when they stopped waking in the night

I can't remember with ds when he stopped waking up and pretty much slept through like clockwork. He is 7 now and rarely wakes up unless it is a nightmare.
DD however is another story she wakes at least once a night approximately 3-4 nights a week. She has just turned three and wakes very distressed but can't tell us what is the problem. She will go back to sleep with a bit of a cuddle and a song but very much looking forward to when she will reliably go right through. Some nights she will wake 2-3 times usually before midnight.

DD1 was 4 years old before she slept through a night. DD2 was about 6 months. Nothing I did just the way they came out

Oh and they both went through a phase around 3ish of having nightmares and thinking that there were monsters in the room.

My younger son slept through when he was 10 weeks old (he's had phases of waking up since then, and at the moment does not want to go to bed, but he's pretty good at sleeping).

My older boy turned five last month and still gets up every single night. Sometimes more than once.
