19mo waking up several times a night, teething I think, any tips?

Dd2 is 19mo. For the past 2 weeks every other night or so she has been waking several times a night, sometimes being up crying for a couple of hours. We've tried leaving her (for a short amount of time, she used to resettle), going in, cuddling her, giving her milk, calpol. It's still hideous. We have been dosing her up with calpol before bed, helping on and off.

I think she is teething. She's got eye (sp?) teeth popping through, she is better in the day, though clingy and not napping for as long as usual.

Any tips, how to see it through, calpol the right thing? We are a bit desperate, it's like having a newborn again.

No tips. Mines the same age and I'm having exactly the same problem though. Let's sob together on 3.
