DD is 16wks old and will be 4 months in a weeks time. She usually sleep anything between 9-11hrs at night and we've just brought her bedtime forward again so I now take her up at 8pm. Last night she went down at 8.15pm (which was quick, usually it's about 8.30pm at least, we feed to sleep but last night she only took 1 breast instead of both). She then woke at 9.30pm and 12.15am and has just woken up this morning at 6.45am. The previous night she slept 8.30pm-6.45am and the night before that 8.30pm-8am with no wake ups. She's only ever woken in the night before when she's had a growth spurt and I always feed to sleep. I know it's only one night and it could be a lot worse but could this be her sleep regression? I'm knackered now, have got too used to getting my full night sleep and a snoring DH doesn't help, please someone tell me this is what 4 month regression looked like for them too and I might continue on my jammy cow streak in regards to sleep. Apologies for lack of paragraphs, on my phone.
