Title says it all really. Been going on for about a fortnight, We've done our best not to give in but after an hour and a half of screaming, we've generally let her have the milk she wants. She then settles down instantly.

We're trying the dream feed thang about 10pm. Sme days she won't have any, others she guzzles the whole bottle down; but it seems to make no difference to her in the night.

She eats well during the day.

Help me please, wise mnetters!

Hmmmm would defo say she's trying it on! offer water instead of milk, and make sure that you fill her with some good carbs at teatime, things like mash n pasta will fill them up for longer overnight, although a friend of mine gave porridge to aid overnight sleep when her ds tried this. HTh's

Oh yes, she's trying it on - it started when she had a heavy cold and was teething but its just a habit now.

I do generally give carbs at tea time, porridge might be a good idea tho. I'm even thinking about trying a rusk in milk immediately before bed, but not sure if she'll go for it. (And I hate the idea of rusks).

Ta 4 ideas.
