Does SAHD wake or not wake?
She is not a great sleeper (early waker normally) so am anxious she doesn't spoil night-time kip but she has had a nasty virus so am guessing she needs the kip.
WWYD?

I'd let her sleep but maybe wake her slightly for water. Night time sleep not affected when they're ill IME. Hope she's better very soon

Thanks Stealth,
She woke after 2 and 3/4 hours on her own and apparently seems much happier.
She must have really needed it. (she was awake from 4 til 6am really upset but then slept til 7.30 so no morning nap)
DH taking her out for some fresh air and daylight so hopefully that will set her up nicely for bedtime tonight.
Poorly babies and teething molars really upsets everything doesn't it? Not that up twice a night and awake for the day at 5am is much of a routine to mess up!

For future reference i was always told thatits fine for them to sleep as long as they are obviously rousable. Hope she feels better soon.
