night time is ok, well I can cope! fixed routine, straightish to sleep in cot and 1 or 2 wakes for bf
however I have never managed day time naps, she has a one hour nap after breakfast on me, then generally at some point in the day in the buggy
has anyone tricks and tips for getting her into a cot sleeping fixed day time routine . . . .
