teething? never slept all night and hasnt napped all day

my almost 6 month old never slept last night and hasnt napped yet today. she isnt grumpy she just doesnt want to sleep. is she teething? i dont think i see white caps nor do i feel anything. her cheeks arent rosy but shes been a drooler since 3 months.shes not very fussy eating either. also she wakes usually at least once at night. when will i ever get a full night sleep?! when did your sttn?

Is she chewing things like mad? Has she got a temperature?

No sleep all night as agony, your poor things. It will happen eventually. My DD was 10 months before she slept through properly so I do sympathise. Are you breast or bottle feeding? DD only slept through when I swapped BFing at night for a bottle.

shes breastfed and i got a better look at her mouth and her bottom right tooth is popping through yay! how long does it take for a tooth to pop through generally? and iv been thinking about pumping off a bottle for her to give her at night so she will maybe get more than she normally would breastfeeding and see if that helps and if my supply goes down then ill just go back to breastfeeding at bedtime
