my 1 year old and her duvet

So she wasn't really into the whole sleeping bag thing - it was tripping her up when she stood up in bed and getting twisted plus her arms got cold. So when she turned one we got a duvet - it's quite lightweight, from ikea. She was fine with it for a month or so. Now she hates it though. If she's fast asleep we can cover her in it, which is fine when we put her to bed but if she wakes and needs settling back down in the night I obviously don't want to stay awake for half an hour before I can put it back on her, but she screams if we put it over her when she's just drifted off. Any thoughts?

A lot of people use fleece sleep suits, never had the need to try them myself but I've read many a good thing about them here.

Like this, for example. Over PJs. But, next come up very, very small. If I were ordering I'd go for the biggest size.

Sleepsuits with feet and a cardigan if its chilly, it will soon be warm enough not to worry about it and we'll all be throwing our duvets off.

I have always used character fleece blankets.
My ds and dd have become so attached to theirs :)

I saw a sleeping bag with legs in John Lewis yesterday. It said, "At last! Freedom to move!" or something like that on the packaging. It didn't have feet - you must have to put socks on the child?
