DD is one (today
) and for the last six weeks or so her sleep has been terrible. It started with a cold, the teeth and now seems to be habit waking. This has all coincided with her becoming more confident on her feet and wanting to stand up in her cot. My initial thought was that the sleeping back, which makes this harder, may aid her sleep, however as this is clearly not the case I am wondering whether giving her greater freedom to move around and blankets/duvet instead may help?
As I say, clutching at straws perhaps, but I am close to reaching the end of my tether working full time so bugger all sleep....!
