I was wondering if anyone could help me. My daughter has always been a great sleeper and has been in her own room since she was 11 weeks old. Recently she has started gettin up during the night and trying to come into our bed. She was always happy to stay in her own room both at home and her Grans until she was moved into a different room at the Gran's house.
I have tried reward charts and stopping treats but nothing seems to work. She is still great at going to bed and happily goes to sleep after her story. The problem is during the night. I have asked her if it is because she needs the toilet but she generally says no. I have asked her if she is scared or upset but she says no (and I must admit she is usually happy all the time).
Any advice would be gratefully accepted. :)
