I feed to sleep and I want to change the routine. What's the best way?

Our DS2 is 7 months old next week.
He is FF.
His routine at the moment:

Awake and UP!! 4am
5-6oz 6am
Yoghurt / porridge 7am
4oz (sometimes) 8.30
sleep in buggy on school run
awake 10-10.30
6-7oz 11
lunch and pudding 12pm
sleep in buggy 1pm
awake 2pm
5oz 2.30
dinner and pudding 4.30
bath 6pm
7oz 6.30 7pm - he's shattered by this point
sleeps til about 11pm
then up every 2 hours. Sometimes has an oz or 2, goes back to sleep. Sometimes has 5-6oz and goes back to sleep.

So as he sometimes has the 5-6oz I am assuming he is hungry. Obviously when he's only having an oz or so it's just being used to get him to sleep.
It's such a bad routine, but don't know where to start with changing it.

Any advice / help would be AMAZING, as baby was up at 3am this morning and would not go back to sleep!!!

Don't know if it makes a difference but he is a big boy.

Not sure what he weighs now but at 20 weeks he was 21lb.

Sorry, not any help but ours is the same. She'll always feed to sleep but id like her to go down awake, without falling asleep at the boob. Looking forward to people's advice. Smile
