He must be tired but won't stay asleep more than an hour! I'm exhausted. He goes down, wakes up after 10 mins it takes me about 20 mons of rocking and stroking to go back off and then up after an hour. Past two nights iv put him in a sleeping bag, I'm wondering if he doesn't like the moses basket. If I put him on my chest he will sleep longer. Co-sleeping is not an option. I need him to sleep in his moses basket I don't know what else to do. Sometimes I think he wakes up cold but temp is 21 so can't make him any warmer. Any ideas?

Also 'D'p just snores the night away which I am REALLY starting to resent. Such lonely nights and sleepy days, dreading the alarm going off to get up and do the school run. I know it will pass but feels so relentless in the here and now.

Poor you, you must be knackered! How old is ds? Sounds like he's having trouble getting over the first light phase of sleep, is he overtired when going down? I always found ds would wake after an hour if reeeally exhausted, but was ok if he'd actually had a good nap a bit before Confused

Mine didn't like the moses basket either. Have you considered an Amby Hammock? It looks weird but has worked well for us, first night in it she did blocks of 4 hours and I have had one night with just one waking at 2am
