Hi, my son is 15 months and only now started becoming restless at night. He co-shares in the family bed which has been perfect until now. Normally I would give him a last feed at 7.45ish and he used to drop off by 8pm and sleep till 6.30-7am, but the last few weeks he is bouncing up and takes at least an hour to settle, in which time I sit there let him just tussle and twist and cry in bed until he gets so fed up he sleeps. Then in the night he just twists and turns and normally wakes 2-3 times. I know I need to cut his final dream feed (which is going to be a nightmare so ive heard!) but he was late starting solids and still isnt great with them (born with cleft palate so everything has taken a bit longer)

Nothing seems to have changed in his routine - still bath at 7pm, cream, pajamas, stories and bottle so im not sure what to do next!

Ideas? No 2 is due end of March so i need to get sorted!

is he doing anything big developmentally? that sometimes causes disrupted sleep?

i wouoldn't cut the dream feed tbh, he's only 15months and if he enjoys it and it helps him sleep then i can't see the problem

my 3 all go through phases of waking at night, and generally they stop as abruptly as they started
