Cot to bed & new bedroom - too much change at once?

Hi all. Hoping to try the transition from cot to bed soon (DD is 2yo). We are also planing to move her to a bigger bedroom so she can have more space etc. Should we do all at once or will that be too much change at once? should we try new bed in curent room for a few months first?

I personally would try the bed in her current room first, and then move bedrooms.
We put ds in a bed, and then a few months later moved house and it all went smoothly. I think it may have unsettled him with a bed/move all at once.
Depending on how well she gets on I would say a couple of weeks should be enough. Kids adapt quickly!

Thank you. I think you're right and that's what we'll do! hope she settles into it okay. I am foreseeing many late night visits to our room!
