Hi

This may seem like a silly question but i will ask it all the same.

I have been putting my 1 year old to sleep in a 2.5 tog sleepbag. but it is getting chilly now and i am not sure that this is warm enough for her, i would give her a small duvet but she moves around a lot at night and has usually managed to move her self horizontally in her cot.

Her hands are always cold in the mornings

What do you mums suggest to keep her snug?

Layers of pjs. Cotton longsleeve vest, cotton pjs, fleece pjs, big size so long enough to drape over her hands.

I used to pop a cellular blanket over the top of the grobag when I went to bed as well.

I've always been told that cold hands aren't necessarily a sign that they are actually cold - poke a finger down the front or back.of the vest instead. Or is that only for tiny ones?
