Any ideas please for how I can persuade my DS (2.5)to fall asleep on his own?? At the moment either me or DH has to lie with him until he falls asleep and then sneak out. If we try to leave him awake, he screams until he makes himself sick, he doesn't actually get out of bed though. I really want to be able to leave him and have some time in the evening back!
